B&B Hotel München City-West (München, Deutschland)

The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The rooms on higher floors are also very quiet, meaning you can get a good night’s rest with minimal disturbance from the outside. The rooms are spacious and the furniture and decor blend in with the theme of the hotel.

Guests were pleased to find out that the underground parking lot was secure and had enough spaces. Even when the hotel is busy or during bad weather, parking at the hotel was very convenient and guests didn’t have to worry about their cars.

The hotel is conveniently located at the centre of the city and close to the underground stations. There are several bus stops easily reachable from the property. Additionally, a number of shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.

Those with an interest in sightseeing felt that local attraction sites and other points of interests to be a bit far from the property. Guests felt it was quite a hassle to get to the area’s hotspots without using public or private means.

Quite a number of guests have complained about some members of staff being a bit standoffish and rude especially when dealing with complaints. Some of the members of staff seemed standoffish and somewhat unapproachable. A number of guests felt their concerns and requests were met with rude replies.

Even though the Wi-Fi connection was free, a number of guests felt it was unstable. At times, the speed was quite deplorable and could only accommodate those with light internet browsing needs.
